Erin is passionate about team coordination and communication, and she thrives on bringing people together to navigate complex challenges. As a founding member of the Black Diamond product team, Erin instituted product support and brought quality assurance (QA) practices into everyday operations. More recently, she has overseen the expansion of the QA team’s responsibilities to include functional and automation testing as well as security training and testing. She manages the product release process across all development teams and the software development lifecycle for SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions.

Before she joined the organization in 2008, Erin worked at several growth companies in service and QA roles. She holds a BA in International Business from Auburn University.
