Ken has been part of SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions since 2017, bringing over a decade of expertise in product development across various industries. He has managed multiple product areas within Black Diamond, which has given him an in-depth understanding of the platform’s strengths and client requirements. Ken leads the development of the Digital Message Surveillance (DMS) solution and shapes Black Diamond’s Artificial Intelligence strategy to deliver secure and efficient solutions for complex workflows. He also launched the Product Operations function, implementing processes and tools that continually strengthen Product Management.

Beyond SS&C, Ken co-leads the Jacksonville chapter of ProductTank, cultivating community and advancing thought leadership in Product Management. He holds a B.S. in Business from Albertus Magnus College.
