By collaborating with the Product and Client Experience teams, Melissa ensures that training evolves in line with business needs and delivers measurable results.

With more than a decade of experience in training and development, she brings expertise in implementation, compliance, and leadership development. Passionate about simplifying complex concepts and fostering learning cultures, Melissa equips both clients and colleagues for long-term success.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Workforce Development from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
