Engage Platform Highlights
This Salentica release cycle wouldn’t be complete without additional enhancements from our Engage CRM platform partner -- Microsoft. Microsoft releases platform updates bi-annually, in what they call "waves". As an Engage user, you automatically inherit these platform enhancements. In 2022's Wave 1 some of the new and notable features and functionality available include:

How to Get the Latest Updates
To update to the latest release, you must enter a ticket in the Engage or Elements help center. When you choose the category, make sure you select Upgrade Request.
